Structure
Villa Campo Cappello is spread over three independent houses: the Farmhouse, the Barn and the Dovecote. Each house is furnished with care and style, in harmony with the surrounding countryside, with terracotta floors and ceilings featuring exposed wooden beams. The bedrooms, distributed on various levels, the kitchens equipped with all useful appliances and the comfortable lounges, all offer relaxing and welcoming spaces.
The Farmhouse
Each of the 6 bedrooms, making a total of 14 beds (including 3 doubles, one twin / double room, one quadruple and one single) are all equipped with their own private bathroom.
One of the double bedrooms, on the top floor of the house is completely independent, also comprising a small kitchen, making the room complete with all possible comforts.
The farmhouse represents the main body of the villa, equipped with a large kitchen and a dining room with a beautiful large walnut table.
The living rooms are furnished with elegance, great care and attention to detail and offer a view point for admiring the spectacular valley.
The Barn
The charm of the old barn blends in complete harmony with the surrounding nature. On the ground floor there are two lounges outlined by a vaulted arch, full of character, a large kitchen and a laundry room with a small bathroom.
On the first of the two floors of the barn, there are two double bedrooms and one twin / double bedroom and two bathrooms, in addition to two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor.
The upper floors of the barn offer spectacular views across the valley.
The Dovecote
Completely renovated a few years ago, it is situated a few steps from the swimming pool, with a magnificent and well-kept English lawn.
The ground floor is characterized through a bright living room, furnished in every detail, with a charming fireplace and a terracotta floor. A comfortable kitchenette and a basement used as a laundry space complete the ground floor of the Colombaia.
On the upper floors there are three double bedrooms and a twin / double bedroom with a bathroom on each floor, making a total of 8 beds. The ceilings have exposed wooden beams and the parquet and terracotta floors are the main features of all the rooms of the house.
